BBC2’s ‘The Culture Show’ broadcast a thirty-minute programme on ARTiculation 2014 called ‘For The Love of Art’ on Monday 10 March 2014. The programme is available on BBCiPlayer for a limited period.

The ARTiculation Prize is The Roche Court Educational Trust’s public speaking competition, which invites sixth form students to give a short presentation on a work of art, artefact or architecture of their choice. Nine regional heats were hosted by galleries and museums around England and the finals were hosted at Clare College, Cambridge on Saturday 1st March 2014, adjudicated by the artist and writer, Edmund de Waal OBE, pictured here with finalists. A record number of schools took part in this year’s prize, many hosting internal school heats to elect their chosen speaker.

The ARTiculation Prize is supported by the Roger De Haan Charitable Trust and Gerard and Sarah Griffin.
