The Roger De Haan Charitable Trust has made a donation that will help the Prostate Cancer Support Association (PSA) promote a charity show designed to raise awareness for their local work. The PSA, whose Kent office is in Canterbury, will put on the variety show at Folkestone’s Leas Cliff Hall on 6 February 2015, beginning at 7.30pm.

Local PSA volunteer Laura Poulton said: I’d like to say a huge thank you to the Trust for their contribution that will help us to promote our event. The money has been used for flyers, posters, roller banners and local advertising.”

The various acts included in the show have all donated their time free of charge and Ms Poulton highlighted the importance of the evening’s entertainment in helping support the Prostate Cancer Support Association’s work: “The show is designed to raise awareness of PSA Kent which helps local families of Prostate Cancer patients. Our current fund raising projects include purchase of a fusion Biopsy scanner, which will be based at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.”

More information about the PSA is available at Tickets for the show are available from the Leas Cliff Hall ticket office at £7.50, or at
